What to do when you're down and depressed

I must say I don't get down and depressed usually, but not getting the LES was a kick in the ass for me and yj. It just confirmed the reality...that WE SUCK! But we gain from experience, and we hereby post our findings here for the benefit of you people.

When you're down and depressed, the best thing to do is to cry. With the tears come all the sorrow and frustration and whatever that you don't need. And it draws attention too so that sympathetic people will come and sayang you. After you cry your heart probably not so pain liao.

But then there are people like me who simply cannot cry, like try to squeeze and squeeze and squeeze also no tear come out of my eye. For these people, we need special treatment.

1. Go home and sleep. Sleep brings wonders. When you wake up, you discover a bright new world awaiting you and you forget all your troubles.

2. There is no greater comfort than talking to a bigger loser than you. You'll feel like such a winner by comparison that you feel alive and kicking again. So in preparation for your sadness, you should go find a loser at this very instant. You can come and find us at tcs if you're some overachiever who thinks we're really such losers.

3. Drink milo. milo solves all your problems because it has vitamin B. See how happy the guy on the milo tin is? That's because milo brings about happiness in the world!

4. Go swimming. When you feel the caress of the water and the warm glow of the sun on your sensitive skin, what better thing is there in the world than to continue floating around in the swimming pool?

5. Bang your head on the wall. If you bang hard enough, all your negative memories will disappear and you will feel a much happier person.

6. Read tcs for endless joy and laughter.
